Recently there have been three vital launches of websites by Charleston Private Equity. The first is voteonpay.com and addresses the new say on pay measure enacted by the SEC. The say on pay measure allows shareholders to vote on CEO and executives pay and compensation within publicly traded companies. Hopefully this will finally put some pressure on what most people call fat cat executives who plunder corporate profits into their own pockets.
